Quick and simple nutritious breakfast

Yo! In a rush? Me too!

You’ll need:

3 eggs
30g feta cheese crumbled into small pieces
2 cups of kale
Coconut oil/oil of choice

-told you it was simple.


Heat oil in the pan

Chuck kale in the pan/wok, move it around for 60 seconds or so

Break eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork for 15 seconds ish


Chuck eggs in to pan and mix in with kale -keep it all moving



After 30 seconds chuck in feta and mix all together for a few mins or until egg looks cooked




I know I know, they don’t call me Jamie Oliver for nothing ..jks -nobody actually calls me that. I’m a horrible cook.

If all else fails -stick with a classic
